Check the connection, one step at a time.

A missing dashboard report needs investigation. Start with the exact MT5 account and the messages in your terminal.

Confirm the account and EA

Check the broker server and account number in MT5, then select the same account and EA in your dashboard. Reports from another account do not confirm this connection. Review permanent account history before connecting a new account.

Check desktop MT5 and the network

Keep the terminal or VPS running and connected. MT5 mobile and web do not run the EA. Review the terminal connection and your internet connection before changing licence or trading settings.

Check the WebRequest permission

Open Tools → Options → Expert Advisors. Allow WebRequest for listed URL and confirm https://api.goldea.ai is entered exactly. Press OK. Use the installation guide if you need to locate the controls.

Review the licence and Experts messages

Check your purchased access and selected EA in the dashboard. Confirm your own licence key is entered in Inputs. Open View → Toolbox → Experts and read the actual licence, connection or permission message. Do not share the full key.

Separate communication from trading

A recent report confirms that communication reached the dashboard. Trading still depends on EA and terminal permissions, paid access, market conditions and the selected rules. If you need to verify a position or order, inspect MT5 directly.

Use Connection doctor, then ask for help

Run the dashboard connection check again for the exact broker account and EA. If the issue remains, contact dashboard support with the relevant diagnostics and Experts message. Avoid repeatedly deleting and reconnecting accounts; permanent allocations remain in the licence history.
