1. Real orders and leveraged exposure
When your EA is licensed and enabled, orders use your selected account and settings. Leverage, volatility, gaps, slippage, wider spreads and limited liquidity can produce losses beyond the outcome you expected. Review position size and total exposure before live use.
2. No promised performance
Gold EA does not guarantee returns, income or a passed prop-firm challenge. Past, simulated or illustrative results are not reliable predictions. Demonstration figures and investor-preview reviews must be clearly identified and should not be treated as verified customer results.
3. Controls differ between EAs
Review the controls available for your chosen EA. Vision recovery positions can increase exposure, and some EAs do not use a broker stop-loss. A configured loss, drawdown or exposure check does not guarantee a maximum loss or an execution price. Do not assume every EA has the same protections.
4. Your terminal must keep working
Trading and reporting depend on MT5, your broker, computer or VPS, network and software configuration. Outages, incorrect permissions or unexpected market conditions can interrupt communication and execution. A recent dashboard report confirms communication; it does not prove that trading is enabled or that every position is safe.
5. Review positions directly
Keep access to your MT5 terminal and broker account. Review open positions and available protections directly. A control that pauses new entries should not be assumed to close positions already open. The dashboard and connection guide supplement your own account checks.
6. Broker, account and firm rules
Check your broker’s gold symbol, account mode, margin and execution requirements. If you use a prop-firm account, confirm the selected EA and setup are allowed under its current rules. MT5 availability alone does not establish compatibility or compliance.
7. Software, not personalized advice
Your trading funds stay with your broker. Gold EA provides software and reporting, not personalized investment, tax or legal advice. Test the setup before live use, choose settings appropriate to your circumstances and seek independent professional advice when needed.
