1. The service
Gold EA provides software for MetaTrader 5 and a dashboard for account reporting, settings and licensing. It can place and manage trades in your own broker account when licensed and enabled. Gold EA does not hold your trading funds or act as your broker, investment adviser or account manager.
2. Eligibility and account security
The service is intended for adults who can enter a contract and use it lawfully in their location. Provide accurate account information, keep your login and licence key private, and report suspected unauthorized access through dashboard support.
3. Your software licence
Purchased access permits you to run the included EAs within your recorded MT5 account allowance, subject to the applicable terms. Access is for your own use. Do not share or resell licence keys, redistribute the software, bypass licensing or reverse-engineer proprietary software.
4. Permanent MT5 account allocation
Accounts already connected during preview become permanently assigned when the plan payment succeeds. Each new broker server and MT5 account connected afterwards uses another slot. Unlinking, deleting or blocking an account does not free that slot. Reconnecting the same server and account reuses its existing allocation.
5. Lifetime plans and extra slots
Goldea Starter costs €444 and includes one chosen EA and one permanent MT5 slot. Goldea Pro costs €888 and includes two Gold EAs plus one free EA and three slots. Goldea Elite costs €1,111 and includes all three current Gold EAs and ten slots. These access prices are one-time purchases, with no automatic renewal of the access price.
An extra permanent MT5 slot costs $50 USD as a separate one-time purchase. Adding a slot does not change purchased EA access and does not extend any existing time-limited subscription. Future EA releases are not automatically promised as additional products.
6. Payment confirmation and existing purchases
Payment methods and purchase details are shown at checkout. Access or additional capacity is granted after payment verification. A provider redirect or a submitted payment alone does not confirm activation. Existing purchases retain their recorded terms; existing recurring subscriptions follow their original renewal and cancellation flow. Any tax treatment must be confirmed in the final checkout terms.
7. Your trading responsibilities
Choose your account, broker, trade size and available risk settings carefully. Maintain your MT5 terminal, computer or VPS and network connection. Check broker and prop-firm rules yourself. Test the setup before enabling real orders and continue monitoring open positions. Settings and safeguards do not guarantee a maximum loss.
8. Results, reporting and availability
No profit, income, trading outcome or uninterrupted service is guaranteed. Market conditions, broker execution, platform availability and connectivity can affect trading and reporting. Illustrative or past results do not establish future performance. Review MT5 directly when you need to confirm positions or execution details.
9. Refunds, disputes and suspension
Review the separate Refund and Cancellation Policy. Unlinking an account does not automatically request a refund. Billing errors, disputed payments, reversals or misuse may require account and access review. Mandatory consumer rights and the final suspension and termination process must be reflected in the confirmed policy.
10. Changes and the meaning of lifetime access
Purchase records preserve the terms attached to existing access. The final policy must define the service-lifetime commitment, material-change notices and termination rules. A lifetime access price does not imply unlimited accounts, all future products or a guarantee that the service will never change.
